TimberWolf Analytics was born out of a frustration with the traditional accounting model. Too many firms treat bookkeeping like data entry, done by reactive “historians” accountants who only cared about last year’s tax return.

Our founder spent a decade in high-growth environments—from tech startups to international commerce. She has real credentials, but it wasn’t until she started her own business that she realized how badly most firms fail small businesses.
“I needed financial clarity, not 90-day-old reports. I needed someone who understood cash flow stress and payroll panic. That person didn’t exist—so I built it.”
She started TimberWolf because she was tired of seeing small businesses get the short end of the stick. She believes they’re the backbone of everything we value—they hire local, stay flexible, and actually care.
We provide the strategic support usually reserved for million-dollar companies—priced and packaged for businesses doing $100k-$5M who just need a partner they can trust.
