• Catch-up bookkeeping services at $75/month

• Monthly bookkeeping management (flat-fee basis)

• Fractional CFO strategic services

• Operational governance and AI implementation consulting

Service Agreement

• Services are provided based on agreed scope and pricing

• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely financial information

• Maintain access to accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero)

• Respond to requests for documentation within reasonable timeframes

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Professional Standards

We operate as professional financial consultants, not as certified public accountants unless explicitly stated . Our advice is based on provided information and industry best practices.

Limitation of Liability

TimberWolf Analytics is not liable for:

• Decisions made based on our recommendations

• Third-party service failures or data breaches

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

• Losses exceeding fees paid for services

Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, and materials created by TimberWolf Analytics remain our intellectual property .

Confidentiality

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination .
